Most items are shipped within two to fifteen business days. In the event that your order contains out-of-stock pre-order merchandise as well as in-stock merchandise, we will ship the in-stock items immediately, so you only have to wait for the pre-order items, which we will ship as they become available at no extra charge. For rush shipping, please contact us. We carry a few apparel lines that have to be constructed after the order is placed, therefore, shipping will take a little longer on these garments. However, if you have a deadline or an event, some of our manufacturers will work with us to speed up production. Although we would like to eliminate backorders, unfortunately that is not possible because of sizing, colors and occasionally manufacturing delays. Backorders do happen and we make every attempt to keep them at a minimum, however, you always have the option to choose a replacement item.
The Nom De Plume and Hey Baby lines are made-to-order, cut in pieces and hand finished rather than mass-produced by the factory. While this makes the line unique and well-made, it can sometimes take up to 2 months for the item(s) to be delivered. However, in most cases, it will only take up to 2/3 weeks.

Returns:

Returns must be received within 20 days from the date of receipt. Returns more than 20 days old will be eligible for store credit only. All packages sent to Cat Dancerz, Inc. for return, credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced both inside and outside the package. This number is also your invoice/order number and can be found on your invoice or your email confirmation receipt, which also needs to be included with your return. This will help us process your return efficiently. Any package received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Shoe boxes must be wrapped so that we can resell the shoes. They must be free of tape, markings or labels. Failure to do so will result in a $5 box fee. Please be sure to wear footwear only on carpeting until you are sure they fit. Any footwear returned to us with obvious signs of wear are not eligible for refund or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Items must be smoke-free, unworn, with tags attached and in the undamaged original packaging. If there is any noticeable wear or damage, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Lingerie, thongs, swimwear and hosiery cannot be returned due to health code regulations. If any information provided to us on the RMA request form is found to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to alter the method in which your request is resolved. Allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed, although most are completed sooner. Returns after 60 days will be unaccepted and either refused to shipped back at your expense.
Refunds: A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund in addition to shipping charges as referenced on our shipping chart if your order was shipped free.
Store Credit/Exchange: No restocking fee will be incurred on all returns for store credit or exchange. There is no expiration date on store credit. However, if your merchandise is not returned within a 30-day time frame, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
Boots/Shoes: A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all footwear returned for store credit or exchange. A 15% restocking fee on footwear returned for a refund. This is necessary because we have our footwear shipped direct from the distribution centers.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges for exchanges may be incurred. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or other rush shipping methods. Store credits are not to be combined with coupons. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. If an item is shipped defective, we will replace it with the same item. Returning for a refund will be treated as a return. Any claims for defective items must be made within 5 days of receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Costumes and holiday apparel can be exchanged for correct size only. Refused orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping. Once delivery is attempted, the item is considered delivered. Unclaimed merchandise will be treated as Refused.
Any cancelled orders will be charged a 20% cancellation/processing fee for orders under $200. 25% if order is over $200. In most cases, we have ordered additional inventory to fill your order or processed garments to be cut and sewn. This is also due to high credit card fees, transaction fees and processing time. Lingerie, thongs and hosiery cannot be returned due to federal health code regulations.

Fraud Notice:
We take all forms of financial fraud very seriously. In order to protect our customers and our business, we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. In the event of fraud, we will provide this information to all relevant agencies, including the financial institution, merchant services and legal entities. We ship most of our apparel via the United States Post Office, therefore, consumer fraud is a federal offense and USPS will prosecute in addition to any law enforcement agencies.
Sale Items:
All Sales Final on items marked "SALE!" No exceptions. There
is nothing wrong with these items except that we (and our manufacturers)
need to make room for new inventory, so we must close out older items
as quickly as possible. These are not used, damaged or defective goods,
so buy with confidence... But please be sure you really want what you
are buying, and that you're choosing the right size. When in doubt,
ask. Sale prices are limited to available quantities, are not retroactive
and are effective only from the starting date of the sale and do not
apply to orders placed before the start of the sale.
